| Good knowledge of basic Java. |

- Knowledge of Frameworks - Struts / Springs
- ORM tools - Hibernate / Ibatis
- Application Server – Jboss
- Database - MySQL, MSSQL server / Oracle
- Good Knowledge in Oops Concepts, JSP and Servlets
- Good knowledge in UML Design.
- Good analytical skills.
- Systems analysis and development of Web based applications.

- Ability to determine the detailed requirements for the applications and translate into technical design
- Overall responsibility for Team success by agreeing, implementing and monitoring individual and Team objectives and targets whilst ensuring company policies and procedures are adhered to.
- Perform coding, unit-testing and documentation in line with users and system requirements to deliver source code, documents that meet company's and clients' needs.
- Assists in Application and Database Server maintenance and development.
- Providing accurate effort-estimates for deliverables.
- Resolve technical issues that are escalated by junior-level developers.
